Paid €300 for a night. Friendly and helpful staff. But it definitely needs updating and the rooms are very small. The mini bar was empty and off, and there were no coffee making facilities, a bit disappointing after a long drive.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff , food excellent I would recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back next year. Rooms are very clean and warm. Staff can’t do enough for you . Bar area very comfortable with pool tables which keeps the grandsons happy. The pool and spa are great after a days skiing. The driver of the mini bus is amazing wanted to give him a special mention. All in all a great hotel which has made out skiing trip even better.

Super friendly, family oriented hotel just outside of El Tarter (as in 5-minute drive to the ski lift). Buffet meals served with broad selection to meet most cultures and preferences. Staff all very helpful, Pool and spa great, friendly bar staff. Daily shuttle to the El Tarter bubble all morning and afternoon. Note that it is NOT possible to ski to/from the hotel but they've made it really easy to get there and back.
